Shipping + Handling FAQ
SHIPPING DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL
Shipping worldwide is handled by BRING. All our items are shipped via Klimanøytral Servicepakke, which includes insurance.
Your trackingnumber will be included in the confirmation e-mail, which you can track HERE. If not it will be sent to you at the earlies time possible. Please let for up to three businessdays (mon-fri) pass for you to recieve your trackingnumber.
RETURNS & REFUNDS:
All returns and refunds will be handled as soon as possible by our handling team.
If you're looking to return a faulty or incorrct item, please get in touch with us so we can help you.
If you would like to return an item, please include the returns sheet in your parcel, to make the process quicker. If you would require a new returns sheet, please e-mail us at email@example.com and we would love to help you out.
Please respect that we are an indie brand and require some extra time to sort out certain cases, and please allow for up 48 hours for response during business days (mon-fri).
